At HE-RECORDS, we are committed to promoting the health and well-being of children and youth through comprehensive education and awareness programs. Our Health Awareness and Promotion initiative seeks to equip young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions about their physical, mental, and emotional health. By addressing a wide range of health issues—including nutrition, hygiene, mental health, and disease prevention—we aim to empower youth to lead healthy lives and contribute to the overall health of their communities.

Key Objectives:

  1. Comprehensive Health Education:
    Our core mission is to raise awareness about critical health issues, including proper nutrition, hygiene, physical activity, and mental well-being. Through interactive workshops, seminars, and educational materials, we ensure that young people gain the knowledge they need to take charge of their health.
