At Health Response for Community Development and Sustainability (HE-RECORDS), our HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB) Support Program is at the heart of our commitment to improving public health and reducing the burden of these life-threatening diseases in vulnerable and underserved communities.
We take a comprehensive and rights-based approach, integrating prevention, testing, treatment, care, and support services with a strong focus on community engagement and empowerment. Our interventions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals affected by or at risk of HIV and TB, especially those in marginalized and high-risk populations.
